Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how Color Utopia (“the App”, “we”, “our”) handles information when you use our iOS application. We have built the App with privacy as a default: the App runs entirely on your device, and we do not operate any backend server that collects, stores, or transmits your personal information.
Information We Collect
The App does not collect, store, or transmit personal information to us. All content you create — including artwork, custom palettes, save files, and settings — is stored locally on your device using standard iOS storage APIs and never leaves your device through our App.
We do not require you to create an account, and we do not ask for your name, email address, location, contacts, or photos beyond what you explicitly choose to import using the system file picker.
Analytics
The App does not include any third-party analytics, advertising, tracking, or telemetry SDKs. We do not measure user behaviour and we do not build a profile of you.
Subscription Services and Payment Data
The App offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions to unlock premium features. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We never see, receive, or store your credit card number, billing address, or any other payment information; that data is handled solely by Apple under Apple’s Privacy Policy.
To validate your subscription status across your Apple devices, the App uses RevenueCat, a third-party subscription management service. RevenueCat receives an anonymous, pseudonymous identifier (not your Apple ID, name, or email) together with the App Store transaction receipt, solely for the purpose of confirming whether your subscription is active. How We Use Your Information
Because we do not collect personal information, there is nothing for us to use. The only “data” the App processes is your artwork and settings, which exist only on your device and are used solely to provide the painting experience you requested.
Data Sharing
We do not share any information with third parties, because we do not collect any. The narrow exception is the subscription receipt described above, which is processed by Apple and RevenueCat for the limited purpose of validating your subscription.
Children’s Privacy
The App is suitable for users of all ages. We do not knowingly collect any information from children, because we do not collect information from anyone. Parents and guardians may use the App with their children with confidence.
Security
Because your artwork and settings remain on your device, their security is governed by the security of your device and your iCloud backup settings (if any). We recommend keeping your device passcode-locked and your iOS up to date.
Changes to This Policy
If we ever change this policy, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you within the App. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.

分析與追蹤
本 App 不內含任何第三方分析、廣告、追蹤或遙測 SDK。我們不量測使用者行為，也不會建立您的使用者輪廓。
訂閱服務與付款資料
本 App 提供選擇性的自動續訂訂閱以解鎖進階功能。所有交易皆由 Apple 透過 App Store 處理。我們永遠**不會**接觸、接收或儲存您的信用卡號、帳單地址或任何其他付款資訊；上述資料僅由 Apple 依照 Apple 隱私政策處理。
為了讓您的訂閱狀態能在多台 Apple 裝置間同步，本 App 使用第三方訂閱管理服務 RevenueCat。RevenueCat 會收到一個匿名、化名識別碼（非您的 Apple ID、姓名或 email）以及 App Store 交易收據，僅用於確認您的訂閱是否仍在有效期內。詳見 RevenueCat 隱私政策。

本プライバシーポリシーは、お客様が iOS アプリ「Color Utopia」（以下「本アプリ」「当方」）をご利用いただく際の情報の取り扱いについて定めるものです。本アプリは「プライバシー優先」を原則として設計されており、すべての機能はお客様の端末上のみで動作します。当方はお客様の個人情報を収集・保管・送信するサーバーを一切運営していません。
収集する情報
本アプリはお客様の個人情報を当方に送信することはありません。アプリ内で作成された作品、カスタムパレット、保存ファイル、設定などのすべてのコンテンツは、標準の iOS ストレージ API を用いてお客様の端末内のみに保存され、本アプリを通じて端末外に送信されることはありません。
本アプリはアカウントの作成を求めません。また、お客様の氏名、メールアドレス、位置情報、連絡先、写真等を尋ねることもありません（システムのファイル選択ツールを介してお客様が明示的にインポートした画像を除く）。
解析・トラッキング
本アプリは、第三者の解析・広告・トラッキング・テレメトリ SDK を一切搭載していません。当方は利用者の行動を計測したり、利用者プロファイルを作成することはありません。
サブスクリプションと決済情報
本アプリでは、追加機能をアンロックする任意の自動更新サブスクリプションを提供しています。決済はすべて Apple が App Store を通じて処理します。当方はお客様のクレジットカード番号、請求先住所、その他の決済情報を一切閲覧・受領・保管しません。これらの情報は Apple のプライバシーポリシー に基づき Apple のみが取り扱います。
お客様の Apple デバイス間でサブスクリプション状態を同期するため、本アプリはサードパーティのサブスクリプション管理サービス「RevenueCat」を利用します。RevenueCat はサブスクリプションの有効性を確認する目的のみで、匿名の仮名識別子（Apple ID・氏名・メールアドレスではありません）と App Store 取引レシートを受け取ります。詳細は RevenueCat のプライバシーポリシー をご覧ください。
情報の利用方法
当方は個人情報を収集していないため、利用するデータも存在しません。本アプリが扱う唯一の「データ」はお客様の作品と設定であり、これらはお客様の端末上にのみ存在し、お客様が要求した描画機能を提供する目的のみに使用されます。
第三者への提供
当方は情報を収集していないため、第三者と共有する情報は存在しません。唯一の例外は前述のサブスクリプションレシートで、これはサブスクリプション状態を確認する限定的な目的のために Apple および RevenueCat によって処理されます。
お子様のプライバシー
本アプリはあらゆる年齢層の方に適しています。当方は誰からも情報を収集しないため、お子様から情報を収集することもありません。保護者の方は安心してお子様と一緒に本アプリをご利用いただけます。
セキュリティ
お客様の作品と設定はお客様の端末上に留まるため、これらのセキュリティはお客様の端末そのもののセキュリティおよび iCloud バックアップ設定（ご利用の場合）に依存します。端末のパスコードロックを設定し、iOS を最新の状態に保つことを推奨します。
本ポリシーの変更
本ポリシーを変更する場合、本ページ上部の「最終更新日」を更新し、適切な場合はアプリ内でお知らせします。変更後も本アプリを引き続きご利用いただいた場合、変更後のポリシーに同意したものとみなされます。
